You may cancel your order free of charge any time before it has been dispatched, by calling +91-9991826957 or emailing info@achievegoals.co.in with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you may still be eligible for a return under the conditions below.
As Deep Breath is a consumable Ayurvedic product, for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of an opened or used bottle. We only accept returns/replacements in the following cases:
To request a return in these cases, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product/packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders) within 5–7 business days of approval. Refund timelines beyond that point depend on your bank or payment provider.
If an amount is deducted but your order does not show as confirmed, please contact us with the payment reference — we will verify with Razorpay and refund any duplicate or failed-but-debited payment within 7 business days.
