These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website achievegoals.co.in ("Site") and any purchase of Deep Breath Ayurvedic Syrup ("Product") from Achieve Goals Business Auxiliary Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Achieve Goals", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing under adult supervision, to place an order on the Site.
Deep Breath is an Ayurvedic proprietary formulation intended as a dietary/wellness supplement. It is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. Please read the label and consult a qualified physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have an existing medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
All prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received or, for Cash on Delivery, once we accept the order.
We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net-banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available. Your payment card/UPI details are processed directly by Razorpay and are never stored on our servers.

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Achieve Goals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product or the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
